It took me FOREVER to figure out how to refill the NOS bottle on Street Racing Syndicate. I just happen to notice that while driving around town, not racing, any respect points you earn for drifting or jumping slowly refills your Nitrous bottle. Hope that helps some of you who hadn’t figured this out yet!
