Well, since I fell asleep Thursday night and didn't go run I felt I must punish myself on Friday and run, EARLY. I woke up just after 6am and went to the YMCA for 30 minutes of running.

I'm still trying to figure out all the software for my new Garmin Forerunner 305. It was easy to use and tracked a lot of data, with some cool graphs, but I need to figure out how I can use that data on a DotNetNuke module for my new website which I hope to finish up today! Anyways,

I went 40 laps Friday morning so that is another 2.22 miles, with at least 1.0 mile of running.

I'm not sure if I'm going to run today or not. I'll be working on my website and hopefully starting to work on the Insteon hardware I got this week to automate the house!
