Looking to boost your fitness level? Read about a motivating evening workout at the track with insights on distance, pace, and heart rate maxing out at 186!

So I came home this evening after class and motivated myself to go to the Y. I ended up spending 31 minutes on the track, 2.55 Miles at a pace of 12:09.

I peaked my heart rate at 186 and my fastest pace was 7:14, though I'm doubt that pace was held for very long :)
