Well, after the previous two days of running (I didn't blog about running around the block on Sunday) my body was sore today! Mainly my legs, but a little bit everywhere.

Tonight after work I headed up to the YMCA and made my way around the track. As best I can remember I ran the following (all in 1/18ths of a mile

I'll go again tomorrow after class. I think tomorrow I will take a swim suit and hit the hot tub after my run.
