had intentions of going to the Y after I got home from work, I really did! I wanted to try out the new Forerunner. No luck, though. I got home and slept for 3 hours. That is why it is 2am and I'm still up....
Unexpected Rest
Plans for the Y:
- I was excited to head to the YMCA after work to test out my new Forerunner. It's always motivating to use new gear during a workout.
- Unfortunately, fatigue got the better of me, and I ended up taking a much-needed three-hour nap instead.
Late-Night Productivity:
- Now, here I am at 2am, wide awake and making the most of my unexpected burst of energy.
- On the bright side, I've been able to get some good work done on my DotNetNuke to CommunityServer conversion. It's satisfying to see progress on this project, even if my schedule didn't go as planned.
Looking Ahead:
- I still plan to try out the new Forerunner soon, maybe with a morning run or a visit to the gym tomorrow.
- Balancing rest and productivity is key, and sometimes our bodies just need a break to recharge.
